The Hon’ble District Collector Smt.Shaik Yasmeen Basha, IAS., unfurled the flag of a farmers’ science expedition bus going to inspect the oil palm plantations in Khammam and Bhadradri districts in collaboration with Crib Co Fertilizer.

The Hon’ble District Collector Smt. Shaik Yasmeen Basha, IAS., directed the authorities to make the farmers aware of the techniques of cultivation and cultivation of horticultural crops through the science trip and ensure that the farmers get income.
             On Monday, The Hon’ble District Collector unfurled the flag of a farmers’ science expedition bus going to inspect the oil palm plantations in Khammam and Bhadradri districts in collaboration with Crib Co Fertilizer.
             Speaking on the occasion, the Hon’ble District Collector said that the government has come forward to cultivate oil palm in 6,000 acres in Wanaparthy district, for which 4,000 applications have been received so far. She hoped that the farmers would come to know all the details of the science expedition.
              Department of Horticulture, Seed Company, Fertilizer, Drip Companies, Crib Co Fertilizer Congratulations to The Hon’ble District Collector Managers for undertaking the Farmers ‘Science Tour under their joint auspices.  The Hon’ble District Collector pointed out that so far 300 farmers have inspected the oil palm plantations and today 72 farmers have inspected the oil palm plantations in Khammam and Bhadradri and with their understanding, it will be useful to grow oil palm plantations in our district. 

           District Horticulture Officer Suresh, Field Officer Tulsi Reddy, Crib Co Fertilizer Officer Venkateswara Rao, Horticulture Department staff, farmers, and others were present on the occasion.
