Wanaparthy division has a Total Length of Kilometers 525.636 which consisting State High Ways 18.00 K.Mts., Major District Roads 306.096 K.Ms, other district roads 201.54 K.Mtrs.,
ROAD WORKS
- Single lane roads converted to Double lane roads sanctioned for an amount of Rs.303.67 Crores for a length of 184.00 Kms, in which 153.60 km completed and a balanced length of 30.40 km is in progress.
- The Existing Intermediate and two-lane roads converted into four-lane roads in Wanaparthy town for a total length of 6.00 km, with an estimated amount of Rs.49.70 Crores including the construction of three numbers bridges works are in progress.
- An amount of Rs. 26.78 Crores sanctioned for a length of 22.52 Kms under F.D.R. scheme vide G.O.Ms.No.572 T(R&B) (R-II) Dept, dt.15.12.2020 for 3 numbers roads and 7 numbers bridges are is in progress.
- The building works are sanctioned in Wanaparthy town 1) Integrated District Office Complex for sanctioned for Rs.60.38 Crores and work completed. 2) MLA Camp office cum Residence for the sanctioned amount of Rs.1.18 Crores and work is completed. 3) Construction of Inspection bungalow at Wanaparthy for the sanctioned amount of Rs.1.40 Crores and work is in progress. 4) Construction of One stop center building for sanctioned amount of Rs.0.49 Crores and the work is completed. 5) Construction of Nursing College attached to Medical college, for the sanctioned amount of Rs.38.40 Crores, and work is nearing completion.
- Construction of Government Medical College sanctioned for an amount of Rs.510.00 Crores, and agreement under progress.
- Construction Children Home building sanctioned for an amount of Rs.0.86 Crores and work in progress.
