Rajiv Yuva Vikasam Scheme

The Telangana government’s Rajiv Yuva Vikasam Scheme provides financial assistance to youth from SC, ST, BC, and Minority communities to support self-employment ventures. The scheme offers loans of up to ₹3 lakh, along with subsidies, to encourage entrepreneurship and economic independence. The application window was open from March 15 to April 14, 2025, and the application process was conducted online. 

Key Features of the Scheme:

Financial Assistance: Loans up to ₹3 lakh. 

Subsidies: Subsidized loans are offered under three categories:

• Category 1: Loans up to ₹1 lakh with an 80% subsidy. 
• Category 2: Loans between ₹1 lakh and ₹2 lakh with a 70% subsidy. 
• Category 3: Loans up to ₹3 lakh with a 60% subsidy. 

Target Beneficiaries: Unemployed youth from marginalized communities. 

Application Process: Online application through the official portal. 

Eligibility Criteria:

• Youth from Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Backward Classes (BC), and Minority communities.
