Review meeting on grounding of Dalit Bandhu scheme units:

The Hon’ble District Collector Smt. Shaik Yasmeen Basha, IAS, directed the authorities to expedite the grounding of units to the beneficiaries of the Dalit Bandhu scheme ambitiously undertaken by the state government in the district.
The Hon’ble District Collector held a review meeting with cluster officials and district officials on the grounding of Dalit Bandhu units at the district collector’s office conference hall on Tuesday. On this occasion, The Hon’ble District Collector said that the cluster authorities have been directed to create awareness among the Dalit Bandhu about the lucrative units. He said the beneficiaries should look at setting up lucrative units in the agriculture allied sector, transport sector, industries sector, retail and shop businesses, services, and other sectors. She directed the concerned authorities to monitor the rapid grounding of Dalit Bandhu units. He said the law should see to it that beneficiaries meet in person and select profitable units. She directed the authorities to ground the units as much as possible for the beneficiaries.
The Hon’ble District Collector explained had prepared relevant project reporters and given a presentation with the officials of the respective departments. She said that up to Rs 10 lakh was being ground and they would be made aware in advance and set up with full awareness through new schemes in our district.
Additional Collector (Local Bodies) Sri. Ashish Sangwan, I.A.S, ZP CEO Venkat Reddy, District Scheduled Castes Development Association ED Mallikarjun, DRDO Narasimhulu, DPO Suresh Kumar, LDM, Fisheries Officer, Additional DR DO Krishnaiah, District Officers, Municipal Commissioners, MPDVs, and others were present.
